We're close to the end of our room booking window.

If you haven't already done so, please get in touch with the fine folks at UBC to reserve your rooms for the weekend.

We're committed to a number of room nights, and at last count not many people have gone and booked their rooms thus far.

Complete reservation details are on the website in the Vancouver Venue and Accomodations page in the Events section.

I've been informed by UBC that you can register for rooms by telephone.

Please telephone their reservations department at: 1 888 822 1030

Be sure to quote the 'Astronomi-con' group name when reserving your room.
