Sorry Dave, probably going for a big ride tomorrow and then MTB at Afan Argoed on sunday, but I'm sure there will be plenty of people going from Brecon at 9am

Would have done but my hamstring is feeling tight, and I need more rest than training at this stage- plus it'll be pi$$ing down
