Heading out for a road ride tuesday 16th, hopefully be a good pacy ride if anyone is interested, get a chain gang going around the dual carriageway for a little bit.
630 at Bipeds.

Be doing the same (630 from Bipeds) ride again this week (23rd Sept)thinking of heading out on the Talgarth-Pengenfordd-Bwlch-Brecon loop with some lights on!

I'm needing a rest day today, I had a big day on sunday, biked and swam and did a hard swim yesterday morning.
Will try to make it next week though.

That was too quick for me tonight chaps. Haven't done anywhere enough riding this year to cope with fast paced rides 
Need to spend a couple of months getting some base back in to the old pins first, then I can work on some speed... |

No probs Ian, good to see you out. I think I pushed a bit too hard on the Tagarth-Pengenfordd hill too (though Matt and Stuart saw to it that I suffered trying to catch them after I'd been over the top and back 
Will be out again on Tuesday, though if the weather turns and it's minging I may do a turbo/spinning session instead.
