Subject: Terry Doe
This was the post on Airgun Forum under the heading Airgun mags fact or fiction, that was deleted before Terry Doe the Editor-in chief of Aigunworld and Airgunner magazines.could answer.
If there is no truth in this post regarding his conduct, then he should be at liberty to sue for libel for besmirching his good name.

I thought I was dealing with old friends and gentlemen when you came to visit me with Derek Barnes in November 2007. You asked me to take the .177 Piledriver off the UK market and we made a written agreement . I kept to my word at a great financial loss, but you did not for whatever reason.
What with Derek Barnes initially refusing to accept the advertisement for Pax gun shop, causing me to write to his boss to instruct him to do so, lest for restrictive practices, I got the Press Complaints Commission involved, . Then there is no mention of the Phoenix air rifle or any reference to Pax Guns in the so-called buyer's guide, in spite of me reminding you to do this after the omission in last years guide and was part of our written agreement. I can only assume that there must be collusion between your company with some of the AMTA members (who support you with extensive advertising) This excludes Tony Belas of Daystate and Peter Martineau of BSA, who have gone out of their way to help.
You are both the chair of AMTA and also Editor-in -chief of Airgunworld and Airgunner magazines, and joined in the bully boy tactics with a foul-mouthed outburst directed at me during the AMTA meeting on 18th Feb this year. I was shocked as this was hardly the act of my respected friend for many years and apart from this the chair is supposed to be unbiased.
How then can anyone believe that the magazines are unbiased and truthful?
