Anyone these day's that Does Not have their New purchase Tested / Chronoed
Using their choice of Pellets before Handing over their Funds
Needs their Bumps being Felt
As Reported - Guns now have Power Sealed @ Factory
So you might get a Get a Air Gun producing around 10.00FP
Or you might end up with a Section 1 Air Gun
Once you have paid and accepted the Gun - it's your problem
Yes a Dealer can attempt to sort it for you
Legally required - Sales Act
But you might incur Charges
Or possible Legal Action for having a Section 1 Air Gun - Not on ticket
FAC Air Gun's - a License Only covers Gun's Listed on Certificate
Only Air Gun Registered as FAC - Can be listed
Yes it has been going on for a While
But as Customers are not advised - By Manufactures or Retailers
And Most Air Gunners do not have a Chrono
Most are not aware of the reasons their New purchase
Might not be shooting well
