It's working fine now. The server might have been down for a bit earlier, as I was having trouble uploading to the site earlier today.

I have tried to go to the site but it still doesn't work. I've gone to another computer and it works there.

Can anyone help me out with my problem. All IE or any other browser I have says page can not be displayed.

Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve,

Any chance you are using Comcast as your ISP? For some reason, Comcast seems to be blocking sites hosted by Netfirms. I don't know why this is happening...

No, I go through Shaw Cable. My father in law has the same connection upstairs and he gets the site.
Here is the message that I get if anyone can help me. The funny thing is that this is the only site that I can't get of all my favorites.
This problem can be caused by a variety of issues, including:

Internet connectivity has been lost.
The website is temporarily unavailable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) is not reachable.
The Domain Name Server (DNS) does not have a listing for the website's domain.
If this is an HTTPS (secure) address, click tools, click Internet Options, click Advanced, and check to be sure the SSL and TLS protocols are enabled under the security section.

dback, if another computer in the house sharing the same connection is able to visit the site, then it sounds like your LAN connection must be configured incorrectly. You should check if the DNS server ip are the same on your computer as other computers in the LAN.

OK, rumor has it that Netfirms has finally resolved this problem. If, however, that is not the case, and you still cannot see the site, please go to www.stayinvisible.com, and "test your IP". Then please send me your IP address via e-mail so I can forward it to Netfirms. The more IPs I can get to them, the easier it is for them to locate the problem.

Thanks!

Court
