--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thanks to everyone that showed up for our monthly HFT competition today. The weather couldn`t of been better, a very still day and suprisingly warm. Team Hartness had another very good day and Emma did well just to get round the course with her injured ankle. Even though Owen dropped a couple of shots during the round, he showed that he is still King of the shoot offs.

That old Daystate that no-one had noticed before ???
What a gun. Bit of pay back for beating me with my Pro sport last year.

Thats right. You can use any form of resting like bipod, gun bag, stool, even seen some camera tripods in use.
Also any shooting position is allowed, so you can sit on your back side.
Targets can be put out a little further or the close ones made a little more extreme to compensate for the fact your rested.
I believe the only part of the gun you cannot rest is from the trigger guard back i.e. it's OK to use a bipod but the rear of the gun must be shouldered and not have the stock butt in contact with the ground. _________________ Colin M.
