I asked abot the 4 shires and received thie following:

The Four Shires is 2 seperate competitions, prizes on the day, shot to BFTA rules (so very much like the Fenland Winter League, ie FT). 40 targets with some smaller than usual reducers. Once round but mostly shot with pneaumatics. No seperate spring or sporting class.

The course will be very much like the Prize shoot/ Fenland Championships shoot on Sunday at Hereward, but the Four Shires is open to all BFTA members whereas the shoot on Sunday is for Fenland members only.
