I have finally upgraded to Adobe Premiere Elements. Can I use the Adobe program to edit Movie Maker projects I've already worked on? - I would like to add the extra polish if I can, but obviously don't want to start again from scratch on videos I've aready spent hours editing.

You can't import projects from one programme to another, so finish off your MM ones then begin afresh with premiere.
