MM does not show the movie any more

I use MM2.1 with XP Home. Yesterday I made a movie and MM worked without any troubles. Today I had to edit and change some clips and tryed to look it with the player in MM. The player runs and I can hear the sound but I cannot see anything. Although I startet Windows again and again, I cannot see any more at the player. What I can do? Its a bug in MM?

What file types are you using in your project?
