Great for dvd blank media and excellent prices. They really screwed up on delivery of my DVD/HDD Recorder but I guess nobody is perfect. _________________ A side effect of everyone carrying mobile phones with cameras is that nobody ever claims to see UFOs any more. |

The important thing about a screw-up is how the company deals with it. Mistakes can/will happen and can be quite revealing about the real ethos of a company.
A company that messes up my order but then proactively apologises, dispatches the correct replacement product immediately and sends a courier to collect the mistaken/faulty one, will get my repeat business.
A company that messes up my order, then sends me a long email explaining what I need to do to return the product, will only send the replacement when the original is returned, then sends me another long email explaining how I can reclaim the return postage costs, will never get another order from me again. _________________ A SimplyDV refugee - no longer wandering aimlessly through cyberspace |
