I am trying to capture video using Ulead 10 from a Sony HC24E camcorder using firewire - my OS system is Vista. Everything is ok to start with but after about 5 minutes of capture the program freezes and I have to reboot the pc. I have tried capturing using MS Moviemaker and the same thing happens. I have loads of HD space, 2gb ram and a Pentuim dual core processor so that should be ok.

I have updated the firewire card drivers and the video card drivers and can't think of anything else to try.

Any advice would be much appreciated
