I recorded a home movie onto a mini DVD with my Panasonic DVD camcorder. I would like to edit the files with Windows Movie Maker. I put the DVD into my computer to change the format(Im using TMPGEnc) and I cant see anything on the disc.

What am I doing wrong?

Have you finalised the disc?
