| I created a movie using MM (Windows XP, SP2) and saved it as a dv avi file. I then burned a dvd using WIN DVD creator. Is there a format which can be played on both my DVD player & on my computer? |

| PC can play store-bot videos (& the one I created with Win DVD creator) but they "skip". Will this be the case when I send the DVD to others for them tp play in either their PC or DVD Player? Perhaps it is just my PC? |

Does your dvd pay ok in your dvd player?
If yes, then it should play fine on other peoples, if no, then it is hard to say it might or it might not.
As your pc will not play shop bought dvds then it could be your dvd recorder/player either need cleaning or replacing. If this is the case then it is unlikely the dvd you made will play on other peoles players ok as it is most likley been made faulty.
Or it could be you need to update your graphics drivers, directx and make your pc more efficient as it is skipping due to this. In which case your dvd will play elsewhere. _________________ www.myvideoproblems.com
