I have just bought what appears to be a good USB mic from Dolphin music a Yeti desk top, plugged it in computer sees it says hardware installed OK , I go to Sound in Control panle, and sure enough it sees the USB Yeti, but I cant get the damn thing to work, The head set I have with the mic attached works as I connect it into computer through the two connections on the front,IM still using XP with NVidea.
Any ideas as to why this thing just doesnt plug into the USB and makes noise ?
Bill
BTW all leds light up on the mic. _________________ "A stranger is just a friend you have yet to meet" |

I had a similar issue with a Mic. (not usb) on my Realtek based audio. I eventually found the answer on youtube and it was an obscure setting in the sound mixer. Might be worth playing around with the settings. _________________ In a recent survey 6 out of 7 dwarves weren't happy. |
