Used for loads of stuff - have had experience of both their telephone installation support and returns policy - both hassle free. In the end I returned something just because I couldn't get on with it (USB external sound card) and they were fine about it.

Very quick delivery and great prices too. Very occasionally guilty of showing an item in stock when it isn't but these are few and far between - you can always call to check if it's critical.
