I´ve never seen Knebworth, only in a very very bad quality. I like Wembley but I love The Bowl. It´s great 
But I have never seen Queen live. I was only 4 years old when they have played their last concert.

I've been lucky enough to have saw the original line-up on 9 different occassions.Starting from March 1974 at the Glasgow Appollo theatre in Scotland right through to Knebworth in the 9th August 1986.
My mum has been jammy enough to have met Freddie in 1977.She met them all actually at the same time(quite a story really)

This is quite long story Abi.So i will try and keep it as short and as concise as possible my friend.
You see,Queen were touring the U.K around April 1977,promoting their first E.P.They came to Glasgow and were booked into the hotel where my mum worked as a chambermaid.She was delegated to do the rooms of all 4 members of the band plus the room that Brian's guitar was in which had a security guard standing outside it.Now she'd met Brian, John and Roger,but Freddie was being a little more reclusive.So she had to think of a way of meeting him.So she kidded on that she hadnt noticed that Freddie was in his room and proceeded to go into his room as if to clean it.So she walked in and then noticed that Freddie was on top of his bed and said"Oh i'm so sorry.So sorry".To which Freddie replied"Thats ok".My mum then said that she was gonna clean up his room but she'll come back later.But Freddie told her just to carry on.
While she was cleaning Freddie's room she was talking away to Freddie.During this conversation,she happened to mention that her son(me,that is)happened to be a big fan of him.To which he replied"Oh i'd love to meet him".So my mum says"Hold on and i'll phone home and tell him to come and see you cos he's at home just now".But the problem was,i wasnt.You see,back in the seventies,you could go up to a venue and help the stage crew get the stage gear off the vehicles and into the venues and onto the stage.I was handling things like Freddie's piano etc onto the stage.
I still kick myself to this day.If i'd known that i was getting the chance to meet Freddie i would have stayed at home  .Still i comfort myself with fact that Freddie once threw his towel on top of me at a gig in Leiden Amsterdam.Didnt get a chance to get that towel as i had about a thousand Queen fans on top of me tearing away at the towel.
