1.megali ammos: so close to the town so quite at night
2. banana: paradise
3.maratha beach: paradise number 2
4. mandraki: paradise but not easy to access there Embarassed

OK, slight difference of opinion. I haven't been to Megali Amos, but my top three (traditionally in reverse order) are . . .

3. Maratha
2. Elias
1. Abelakia

In fact, Xanemos was the only beach we wouln't fancy spending a day on.

Kechria - discovered it last year, lovely taverna, beautiful bay, park on the grass ! fantastic.
Of course it depends what everyone wants from a beach. Megali Amos was my daughters favourite for watersports and lots of music last year!!! Banana packed to the hilt like a disco but good fun for a different day out if your still "cool" and fancy dancing in the daytime !!! Wink . Back in the old days (showing my age) Big Banana was the nudist beach, quiet and not like it is today. But I wouldnt have the nerve now Embarassed
