Hi folks, just a couple of shots. I had a broken arm so didn't hire a jeep or car so these shots may be familiar.

Well Gary fabulous - my fave is the beach one - and if you can take those with a broken arm I can't wait to see your photo's when the cast is off!

The photo that is taken in the street by King and Queen, there's a girl in blue and white dress and guy with bald head, they are our mates.

Discopants, what can I say to your wonderful photos, that beautiful crystal clear water, looking for somewhere to eat in the evenings......

We must go back again this year no matter what. Hopefully September.

Thanks for your kind comments. This is actually the first time I've taken photos on holiday !
It was just a case of point and press. I'm chuffed that Maureen liked them so much she has booked to go again, really chuffed.
Hope they made evryone who looked at them think..... I'll have to go back.
Next time I'll hire a car and send you more.

Discopants it just goes to show you don't need to be a David Bailey to take fabulous photos, Skathos is like that. No offence intended. I just saw the photos you took of the clear sea and felt so -ooh we have to go back. Hubby saw me on the PC yesterday afternoon and asked 'Have you booked a holiday in Skiathos yet'. That was it - on the phone and our local travel agent matched the net price. Only downside, we had to pay the full amount, as it is less than 9 weeks! oooher. Very Happy

Yes we will be back 16th September for the 9th time since 1999. My hubby just has to have a yearly fix. I just don't know what it is but the magnet is still working. By the way I don't know where Paradise hotel is. Am I right in thinking it is near Megali Amos? We usually stay in Koukanaries or Troulos. It will be Troulos again in September.

Lucky you, Maureen. The Paradise hotel is about 700 metres up the hill, on the road signposted Monastry. It's in between bus stops 8 and 9 I think.
The walk up the hill is supposed to be very difficult and should only be attempted by the very fit !
Needless to say, we didn't attempt it !
