OK, OK, you've all made me feel really bad about not organising a Boomerang night in early September.

Here's how it went;

Having organised the first two this year, in June and July, with no problems, I assumed the September one would be the same.

However, people were emailing and PMing to ask for different places and different dates. Having changed the date (the place is sacrosanct!!), some people who'd asked for the change then said they couldn't make it anyway.

Then there was talk of a couple of Boomerang evenings in other weeks in August and September. Hence the idea of setting one up in the second week of the month just fizzled out.

Right, I feel better now for having unloaded that lot!!!!

So, without making a big thing of it, how about the 8th September, as originally planned?

I'll be at Taverna Vareli in Troulos from about 7.30pm, like a normal Monday evening on holiday in Skiathos. If any one wants to join me, then ask for table 15.

You don't need to let me know. I won't make any special arrangements with Rosemary and Yiorgos, and we'll see what happens.

See you in 3 weeks, if you fancy a meal in Troulos!

We would like to make an apology.........we had fully intended and were looking forward to our first boomerangers meeting at Troulos on the 8th of September......but.....because of circumstances we were unable to come.

So please accept our apologies and we will look forward to the next opportunity to meet other boomerangers. It sounds like everyone had a grreattttt night.
