We had a great time .
Seeing as we didnt know which resort (Parga or Lefkada) we would end up in i think we got the best , we were sent to Ligia on Lefkada . Its a small fishing village just south of Lefkas town. There are about a dozen tavernas ,one pizza parlor and a few bars , just enough.
The weather was wonderful about 28c during the day but i needed a jumper on 2or3 nights .
Lefkas town is a very busy town but has a pedestrian area with all the main tourist shops and restaurants . It also has a hugh harbour , there are a lot of sailing boats moored and one or two super yachts (who decided to spell yacht like that) one was called Johnson Baby (realy nice).
We hired a car for 3 days and went to Parga , nice place very picturesque and lots of tat shops .
Nidri , the main resort on Lefkas . Foxy you were right ,its not that great.
Vasiliki , great place to wind surf (very windy) and a small harbour surrounded by tavernas.
Sivota, another very picturesque little port we spent a good afternoon sat in one of the tavernas just soaking up the atmosphere.
Back in Ligia the restaurants were very good and the prices very reasonable , it cost us about 26€ to eat most nights and that included wine which only cost 2.5€ for half a litre
