Hi, this is actually our favourite beach on the island. It's called Abelakia, but people refer to it as Xenia because of the hotel. My photo looks exactly the same!

To the right of Kouk!
Go up the track towards banana and take a left to the old old hotel ruins.
A path leads back down to beach.

One of my favourites , Abelakia .The beach taverna there is an experience
as Nikos who runs it is completely crazy. But very friendly once you get to know him .

Thanks, looks lovely. Will find that one this year - I'm surprised we've not found it before.

no one has mentioned "maratha" beach where the capitan's shack is .and you could get a whole plate of what looked like sprats with lashings of lemon and salad. that last photo looked very much like maratha.

hi, after getting back yesterday we found this beach and it is now my favourite, its gorgeuos, the water is crystal clear and beautifull!!!! when we got to the beach we went round the corner to the left there is this little cove bit and it was lovely we had it all to ourselves, lots of swimming, it really is gorgeuos Very Happy

this is just round the corner in a little cove bit, we had it all to ourselves!!





the water was absoulutely gorgeuos,



this next one was on the tuesday(day before we came back Sad ), the water was a lot choppier then,

it's looks lovely last week. I just looked at the 24 hours shot off Paroswebcam where I'm going in 12 days time and it's been raining Rogers and Kevins there. Sad
