Hi guys, ive just discovered this board a few days ago after searching various web sites for information on Skiathos.
I have travelled to a few Greek islands with my family before, ie Corfu, Kos, Zakynthos, Rhodes, & Kefalonia we just love the Greek way of life.
So this year we are off to Skiathos, reading some of your posts you seem to have a real community going on with loads of you going back to Skiathos year after year.
To be honest I can’t wait to go you have made Skiathos sound great.
It is a shame about the Fire last week, I do hope it hasen't damaged to much of the beautiful island you all seem to love so much. |

Welcome to the board.
A lot of the regular posters on here have been to many Greek Islands like yourself but Skiathos is our favourite hence its new title The Boomerang Island as so many keep going back.
If you post your holiday dates on the general forum Adrian or Ian will add you to this years Holiday Gang List. Enjoy the board - its good fun as well as being very informative. |
