Well, we got back on Friday after what was a long awaited and desperatly needed holiday.

Manchester airport 31st August - Its cold, busy and we have to get a bus to the plane! So we get on the second bus and so does Suejet!!!!! That woman can spot me a mile off Very Happy

not only that but when we get on the plane she only tries to pinch my seat Shocked

(extra legroom, window and exit seat) so I sent her to find her seat with Daz, Vulcan and Co pilot.

Anyway not a bad flight - get to our apartment, Eleni Studios, and after checking our room - no air con Crying or Very sad

, straight to the bar only to meet Dezmatronic and his "pal" Jim who, I might add, were staying in the room next to ours.

Went to town that night and just get out of the taxi and meet up with Sue, Daz etc, had one drink with them ,well a few actually, then had a souvlaki for tea and went over to King and Queen to see Phil and Caroline. had a couple in there that over to Kazbar for the rest of the night, was sick when I got back Embarassed

Saturday was so hot we didnt do much in the day just slept and sunbathed oh and popped down to Megali Amos to see Thanassis at Thessalonika bar , went to Albatross to watch The match with Sue and Daz then had something to eat at The Fish restaurant near Jimmy's Glenn liked it but I dont eat seafood and had chicken which was ok, went to Roof top and Benbows Marjie remembered us but Elaine didnt, also went to Ice bar and not only did he remember us but also remembered what we had to drink Embarassed

Sunday was nice in the morning so went for a ride round Kanapitsa and had Souvlaki at the Kanapitsa Taverna. Ate at the jailhouse that night which was superb, drinks in the usual places.

Monday dull in the morning so we went for a ride upto the dogs home to the the little puppy they had there - only 3 weeks old. They have some lovely dogs - alot which look very similar, very beagle looking. Got stuck behind the dump truck going up and coming back down again - phew.
Had lunch in Ag P at the taverna next to bus stop 16 only had a breakfast but it was very nice Glenn had meatballs which were nicer though. Just got back before it started raining again. Ate at the Eleni - pizza - was nice. Then into town met up with some people we met last year and had the first of our late nights (the early ones being 3am!!!)
