Well, I did a bit of homework, and discovered that the food at the Hermes is great, so thats where we are staying in June!!!
Where else is recommended...we tried the Infinity Blue last year, but werent over impressed other than with the view. Liked the beach taverna at Kolios, especially the fresh Octopus.....lovely....
I think I may have persuaded the wife to be a bit more adventurous this year, so we are determined to try some....how can I put this....less sterile looking places....I want to pay for the FOOD, not starched tablecloths and expensively dressed waiters.....
Any ideas?

| If you venture a little further down the road into Aghia Paraskevi there is an "unstarched" restaurant just behind the large Platanias restaurant - can't quite remember the name ?it begins with A --- Avlia or something similar - excellent food; also have you tried the Green Park - the food is outstanding - it is usually our first and last place to eat when we visit - the two brothers there offer excellent service and we had some good dancing last year too! |

| Also Mesostrata at Aghia Paraskevi. Spotless but not in a sterile way. Food is great (although we've only ever had lunch) |
