Hi everyone
We want your help in chosing a very nice restaurant for our 2 celbrations in Skiathos this June. We are celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary on the 8th July and my 50th birthday on 9th July. We keep edging towards Sklithri where we went last year, but as you know they tried to overcharge us but I have to say there was no problems, we had apparantly been given the wrong bill!!!!

Infinity Blue is another we like.
Scuna also, although last year we could not hear ourselves speak as the music was so loud - not very romantic.

There will be a few of us, exact numbers not known yet.

Any suggestions will be welcome, and if anyone is in Troulos after 10pm on the 9th July come along to Victoria bar and have a drink with us we are in contact with Billy(Vasilis) trying to sort out a party for my 50th, will keep you updated.

Try Hellinikon taverna , Theo sorted out a bottle of champers and a superb meal ( as always ) for my wifes birthday last year Smile

, not saying what birthday Wink

and of course you get the local musicians .

Nectar and Ambrosia taverna in troulos was the best for us last year. Flying out on 1st July going back to La Luna in troulos cant wait !!

Yes we are there for 2 weeks and we will come and pay you a visit. Excuse our ignorance and bearing i mind this will only be our 2nd year is Victoria bar on the left if you were heading back towards the town?

Yes it is on the left, straight by the petrol station, not the best position but very friendly family, and after all we only really sleep there. Whoops almost forgot we also have a drink or two. Opposite Ambrosia Nectar which is owned by the family. See you in June/july 8 weeks on friday for us not that we are counting, this will be our 20 something time to Skiathos!!!!!

Hi Kaz, here's one to have a look at.

We have had some lovely evenings there & last year this was where we celebrated our friends 25th wedding anniversary. If you ring & book in advance & ask, you should be able to get tables at the front looking back towards the town. The food, service, etc is excellent, the staff friendly & helpful & we always manage at least one night here per vist.

You must have been reading my mind, we went there last year, and I have been going through the photographs today to try and find one with the tavernas name on as we just could not remember the name. Yes lovely setting we had a table at the edge looking over the town. Just to much choice isn't there??? Thankyou.
