Evening meal at taverna Varelli in Troulos on 2nd June

It seemed easiest to start a new thread to make sure all concerned spotted it. Sorry if it's not the right way to do it Ian and Adrian, but you can delete this in 10 days!!!!!

The meet up at taverna Varelli in Troulos is definitely happening on Monday 2 June, just 10 days from when I'm typing this. Amazing how fast it's come round.

The taverna is at bus stop 18 in Troulos, right on the "Y" junction where the road to Asselinos forks off from the main Skiathos/Koukounaries road.

The taverna is on the right side of the road if you're coming from Skiathos town, the left side if you're coming from Koukounaries (obviously!).

So far there are 12 of us hoping to make it, including a couple of 4 year olds.

I'll be there from about 7.15 pm, and will make sure Yiorgos and Rosemary are ready for us.

The more the merrier so, if anyone else wants to come along who hasn't posted on the first thread about this, either put a post up or just turn up on the evening!

Yours is the official first Boomerang night of the year and great that you have set it up for everyone.
I know from last year how it takes off, and you will have a great night. Shame the 2007 boomerang nighters are absent, as we all missed you last September ...

Hi guy,
I was in the Varelli last Friday and told Rosemary that there would be a few Boomerangers eating there on the 2nd June-she is looking forward to seeing you all, pity i can't be there, just got back today, had a lovely time-weather was fantastic.
Even went in the Kasbar and met Bee!
