Hi Paul that's where I have been looking at it. Not big enough for a cruise ship and I don't think they dock there.

Just looked again and it looks like a tender either coming from it or going towards it so it could be a small cruise ship.

Yes they are blue at the bottom but that is in the water and earlier I think this ship looked blue. I can't find an itinerary for Sea Dream going to Skiathos. found this

It's a small cruise ship (190 or so passengers, 125 crew) called the Hanseatic. For details, see the following...
