Sorry but just to go back to my last mesage - is the place easy to find?
Can I get a bus there & taxi back, and rough idea of how much?
Also what night/s would the "entertainment" be??

Mouria is very easy. Just off a small side street as you go up the main Papadiamantis St.
Bus will cost you €1.40 & a taxi will cost you about €8 |

Thanks meerkat - yes if I do, certainly I will!
I presume that mythos is the local beverage? - is it beer/lager? - roughly how much (presumably per half litre)?
I'm more of a wine person, so will be indulging in retsina at some point, but also it's been ages since I've had any ouzo or metaxa!
Looking forward to sampling some of them as well, although not all at the same time, otherwise I'll be the one doing the bumping into people!!!  |

Sorry for not replying before but everything's been mad since I got back - almost starting to feel like a distant memory, but still got a bit of a tan(!) and my photos to remind me!
Yes I got on fine - thanks for asking, and also to everyone who I met either on the boards here or while I was actually out there.
The weather could've been better, but I felt more sorry for anyone who went the week before or had a fortnight there. At least I managed to get on to the beach 3 days, and spent the rest of the time out & about.
Not sure if I'll be back there next year, as have already made other plans, but would like to return one day.
