Like many we look forward to seeing old (relatively speaking) friends when we go to Skiathos.
However we were disappointed this year as Jenny who owned the Old Port cafe has sold up. A small shop in the back streets of the old port named " Patricia ", she sold lace & pots she has gone and lastly we always go for a meal at the Bombay Garden to see the owners but alas it looks like they have not been there all year and all the ovens have been removed. I know they were thinking of going to Goa last year and in fact we saw Danny the waiter and another guy serving so perhaps they have gone and decided not to return, still it was nice to go and see Geoff, website site owner, who was looking fit & well.

Geof is looking fit and well, thankfully.

He cycled below our balcony several times a day, but every time I dropped an egg .... I missed cos of Bacardi wobble Very Happy

Its true it was sad, I can't say much for the others, but Pat and Viv from Patricias lace shop have gone back to Wales because she has had a few health problems in the last year. They will be sadly missed by us and a few others!
