Does anyone have a favorite Avgolemono Soupa recipe they might like to share?
We have our own - and enjoy it quite often but would love to see how others might enjoy the same... ours is w/ veggie broth and orzo - our Skiathos landlady makes an amazing version with strained psarosoupa (rock fish from the other side of Tsougria) as the broth base... another friend uses chicken and rice.
Of course we could look online for other versions, but would love any ideas from the SBB...
