As most of the local shops have their Christmas stuff on sale now, and some have had for a week or two, and as, when we were in Hørsholm today we saw a Christmas Tree up in the hardware shop, it must be that festive time again.
So from V and I, a hearty Merry Christmas to All. _________________ Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream. |

Too right Foxy! When we were in St Petersburg in August thay had Christmas decorations for sale in the market -ridiculous. Come on Adrian it's still only October. Christmas should be celebrated in December and not before. |

I can just imagine him wearing those, with his smoking jacket.

| we had heavy fall of snow last night and have blizzard conditions today. Everything is white and so Christmas feels very close now. My 18 and 16 year olds get very upset if there's no snow on Christmas day. I hate being cold no matter what time of the year it is and can't wait til I get to Skiathos and feel the heat. This thought keeps me going through the 6 months of winter we get in the North of Scotland. |

I can see from our rainfall radar that many of the showers blowing across from the West are sleet, and further up, around Oslo are snow. _________________ Wave upon wave of demented avengers march cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream. |
