We are returning to Skiathos next year. This year we booked the hotel direct and gave our money to Greeks and not a holiday company. We would like to do that again, trouble is, I've just done the sums and by going to the same hotel on a package I can save almost £200.
I don't know how our Greek friends would feel if we arrived on a package.
Not sure what to do. Your thoughts are welcome/what would you do ?

Tell them you were worried about doing flight & hotel seperately because of all the problems this year with XL.

In the current economic climate,you have to be shrewd.

Who are you booking with ? As far as I know only Olympic and Libra go to the Paradise.

We book direct with Zorbas and Nicos is always telling us to check First Choice prices as they may have cheaper deals on and would think most owners would say the same as long as you keep returning to visit them.
