Tezza,
If you have a problem with me why don't you come and speak to me rather than (try) slag me off on an open forum. This is the second time you have done this and I can't understand why.I haven't spoken to you for about 5 months.
I am usually in the Old Port Cafe from about 6.30pm,you know where it is.

CHRIS, good luck for you interview. We know what you mean about over active kitens, we now have a mother and 2 babies (about 6 weeks old) and they are running around everywhere, but they are soo cute.
Give our love to Becky and hopefully see you in May.
Claire

On Friday afternoon we were a bit bored so we decided to go for a drive.
We picked Sophia up from kindergarten and headed up towards the big monasterey.I can't spell it,so I won't try,but you all know the one I am talking about.
We didn't t take the Merc as front wheel drive is best and someone else's car is even better (I still have my Olympic company car,we call it the noddy car).We arrivived at the monastery and were relieved to find that it was open.Sophia chased after a lot of big birds (ooer missus) and we had a nice time there.
I then decided to drive along a road that I have not done before, this road brought us (eventually) past the Paradise Hotel and back down towards Achladies.
After that it was a quick trip to Asselinnos which was the scene of the big motorbike race back in April.Sophia still remembers and asked "where are the bikes Daddy?" Top Girl!!
On the way back through Troulos we noticed a bit of action at the Appaloosa.Sure enough, the Captain was there with his bird,Maria. They had a little bbq on the go so we tucked into a ton of food all washed down with a fair helping of Mythos.Sophia was picking satsumas off the tree and eating them there and then. Can you imagine this in west London?
We had to leave after a while, but agreed to meet up in the old port cafe later that night.
That evening came and a good night endured.
P.S In case anyone wonders about Sophia,we normally get her into bed by about 8.30pm as she starts kindergarten at 8.30am.She doesn't have a siesta which means she falls asleep earlier in the evening.
The plan of the afternoon was for us to spend a bit of time together and then I was going to go fishing. After bumping into the captain, the fishing was forgotten so I decided to go out the following day (Sat). So yesterday I plumped myself down at the floating jetty by the Alkyon and got out my tackle!!.
After around 5 seconds I got bored,so I smoked about 200 fags and re-arranged my rig (a trendy sentence from a fishing web-site) and cast my line.I felt a bit of a tug (loads of sexual innuendos in fishing) and thought I had caught an old jonny or a beer can..........I had in fact caught an octopus,***k me are these things difficult to land or what.
I had no idea what to do so I got out my big knife and flicked it into my bucket, chucked it in the noddy car and drove veeery slowly to the Oasis.I knocked on the door, had a brief chat with Mikes wife and left the said octopus in his lounge,in a bucket !!
I have since heard that Ivan nicked it,as far as I am concerned,he can have it.Big ugly thing.I mean the octopus.
We have had a wood delivery to our house so that means I have to make a fire in our stove every night. If you are a man,you will know that this is prime alpha male stuff.Fire is good.We have central heating, but combining a man with a fire is far much more fun.
This so far wraps up my latest story. It is now 2.10am and I am ready for the sack.I had a few beers tonight in the old port cafe as Olympiarcos were playing PAOK.The Athens team won 2-0, so Bill from the Xanthi was not a happy bunny.
Till next time. _________________ www.perigiali-skiathos.com
