Yes, that could be it! I remember blue chairs (!) and you could see most of the kitchen from outside. I seem to remember tha name had M in it.
I will surely gp back there this time, and will probably end up eating at all of the restaurant I know... The power of memory and recognition! |

We've drawn a list up of all the places we're gonna try for a meal this time.
Only one problem...............we need an extra few days |

| I actually think I could stay for a month and still not get to do it all... But if I manage to plan this one good enough, my third trip will complete my experiences so I i can try some other destinations before going back in a few years...! hehehe.. I WILL go back! |

| Lil.......I've bumped into loads of people who've been back countless times. Strange really & I suppose none of us really know what makes it so special. I mean there's nothing there that you don't get on any other Greek island. |

I guess I have a job to do. I have never been to any of the reastaurants presented in the poll. That's poor.
I like "Kontiki" Restaurant. (Kontiki is the name of a Norwegian boat, but I'm not sure if that's what it means. Maybe Kontiki means something else too?)
The price is the same or a little bit above normal price, but it's worth it.
The food is excellent. Te Spaghetti Bolognese is the best and the Moussaka is great. You're probably not going to Skiathos to eat Spaghetti, but you should try it once. |

Glad to see I'm not the only one who liked the Village Taverna in Kouk. Of cours last year was our first visit to Skiathos, and we were staying in the Koukounaries area. We found the restaurants in the marina/port area a rip-off, both food and money wise. _________________ Life's a beach! |

Can’t possibly think of my favourite taverna/restaurant, But there are two very good places already mentioned Amfiliki by the acropolis and if you carry on walking you will reach Tavern Thessaloniki at Megali Amos where your guaranteed a worm welcome and a setting on the beach with excellent food.
I wonder how many taverna’s are there anyway |

(In town only)
Maria's pizza! - My friends work there but its not just bias, honest! Just such a lovely position and great food. That why its full every night and she doesn't need to drag any one in.
Tapas bar - so romantic and fantastic food
Scuna - location location location
Carnayo - just very pretty and great food.
Mouragio - for simple but great Greek food.
Little windmill place- on the way to airport, so so basic but great simple beauty
The windmill - for its views
Tennis club - great service
Any in back streets of Skiathos e.g. Piccolo's, 1901, Mouria. Just because it's nice to escape the masses that go to the restaurants on the harbour front and they have great ambience. |
