Fact is .... she don't exist
If I can't find her in Skiathos, she can't be found.
I searched high, low, wide and long .. no sign whatsoever .. the Alkyon refused me entry to the inner sanctuum, claiming rights of sanctuary dating back to when Jackman was a lad.
She travels under a false identity, she is either Yosser or Vixen
Search ended .... but as I left I heard the strains of " I'll take you home again Kathleen " coming from a couple of drunk taxi drivers
We left Manchester on the 26th of September and enjoyed the smoothest and trouble free check in and flight ever.
Landed at JSI , taxi to the place where Gupta & Selwena were staying ( Eleanore they were next door to the Irishman )
Next stop Mouria, with our fabulous room overlooking the whole of Papadiamantis Street .
Did I mention the weather ????
Big Gob me ... advising first or second time visitors that we have never had severe conditions before, had to sit back as the skies darkened and Pappadiamantis Street became nothing less than a river, sweeping all before into the harbour.
Spectacular to watch but miserable to experience, when especially on the following day a wedding took place on the Bourtzi.
It seemed to go well as the rain ceased as the Bride and Groom, followed by guests trooped down to the Paralia.
Thankfully the day was rescued by a last minute appearance of the sun
On our first night in town we were told by Panagiotis of Mouria ( formerly Banana Beach ) that a strange blonde Lady accompanied by rather tall, military looking individual had been asking as to my whereabouts .
On my honour officer ... I never laid a finger on Suejet
The next day as I sat eating my breakfast on the Paralia ... a huge shadow blocked out the sun ..... are you Kriandos ???
The big man had found me

Hi Kriandos, I'm back.
I spent much of last week looking for a beefy ex-rugby league player wearing a sent ellins shirt and a sou'wester.
Don't know how you could have missed us, we looked like Noah and Nelly. |

It wasn't Mr W ... it was Jackman and Yvonne having leisurely stroll around town before heading back to Kolios.
Although we had never met before I recognised him instantly, and rose from my seat to give him a welcoming hug.
He may be 80 years old but the man is built like an oak.
He and Yvonne joined us at our table in Syraino where he entertained us for the next hour or so with tales from his days abroad and his many years in Skiathos. Yvonne brought us up to date with the house developments in Kolios and some local information on newer places to eat.
Wonderful people and a real pleasure to meet them at last.
Still no sign of Mr & Mrs Whicker
Every single person in Skiathos, at some time, has to pass below our balcony on Pappadiamantes Street, and I clocked dozens who I thought could be them.
I even got a good description of Mrs W from Sue during our brief chat in Nikos, but she'd had a large glass of white which may have affected her memory
Conclusion ..... figments of everyones imagination |

Thanks Suejet for remembering that we are triplets. That also reminds me that the birthdays are approaching.
Watch the Ouzo and Metaxa Federal Reserves go down in front of your eyes!!
Never mind the Credit Crunch.

| I've had to change my time to GMT + 5 hours to get a correct reading. |

I know - don't know what the problem is
The board's timezone is set at GMT so I haven't a clue. I'm not that much of an IT expert really. |
