Not sure if this will help anyone, but these are the family-friendly tavernas we found in Troulos (ie: have play grounds/play areas for young children). Green Meadows was particularly good. As the name suggests, there is a big field for the kids to play in, and a play area.

The food and prices were good in all of these too.
