I don't know if I dare on this board but as I have said on another thread Skiathos in Sept is going to have to be very good to follow the last two weeks . But we know each island has it's own feel and character,Sept will be our 9th visit I don't think we will come away dissapointed.

It would be interesting to hear comparisons... what you love about Skiathos, and what you loved about Thassos... prices... beaches... people... accommodation....
Is there a lovely harbor filled with beautiful little caiques to fill one's view over an afternoon's tsipouro?
Quaint village(s) with alleys only big enough for the vegetable man's burro to pass?
Outlying islands to visit?
