Found Paros to be top notch for wines! At 15e (Moraitis) Paros Reserve 2002 was the best red wine I've had anywhere in Greece and one white we had at The Windmill Bar there knocked spots of any white wine served in any bar here!

I'll be hoping to see it in Skiathos. Otherwise it's a long wait til September 2008 for my next bottle.

I've also had the house white at the windmill and it is a great wine, very crisp fruity and fresh, loved it

Can anyone tell me which is correct?

Aspro Krassi, Levko Krassi or are both correct?

Either or o.k.
If you want to treat yourself, try to find some wines by Asimina Fragou or KirYanni..the older Boutari brother. We used to have both at the Windmill, and Kostas at Kalypso also had them. I took some to France and did a blind tasting for some posh Froggies, and they were amazed..or very polite..no. that's unlikely.
You can get your chardonnay and Cab Sav etc., but Try Savvatiano ( you won't believe they make a lot of Retsina from it) Asiritiko, Moschfilero and Roditis for whites, and Xinomavro from the North and Agioritico from Nemea on the Peloponnese.
Any-one else got any favourites?

Yes the Nemeas are really good, I have a bottle of their 2003 reserve.

I also like the Organic white wines from the Pelion too. Cannot think what it is called Domain ? ... I think it has a "turkey" on the label. Confused

I'll try to find out about the Turkey wine, but I'm afraid it was one of the vineyards around Afetai, not far from here or above Neohori and Argalasti, which were destroyed in the fires earlier this year.
