Hi Sue

Knee is nearly better now but I ha ve a lovely scar and the tiling will be finished by Saturday which is good as its only taken a week!!

I post a photo for you

We may be going this year, hopefully if we get some money together. Glenn now works for BA so we are going to fly to Athens then another island for a couple of days then to Skiathos and back to Atherns for a couple of days. Well thats the plan!! if we go it will be the same time as last year.

How are you two?

Decree nisi

To finalise judicial separation, nullity or divorce a partner will have to apply to the courts for a decree. In divorce proceedings this is completed in two stages, the first being the decree nisi. Their partner will have to acknowledge to the court that he or she does not oppose the divorce.

Once the court has granted the decree nisi the partner must wait six weeks and one day before applying to the court for the decree absolute. When the decree absolute is granted the divorce is final and the spouse is no longer married to their partner.

Hope this helps

Michelle

Thanks Michelle. Just trying to work out all the things we need to do before our wedding in Skiathos next August! (My partner was married before but hasn't a clue where the divorce papers are!).
