The Skiathos Bulletin Board

hi ! I have visited the bulletin many times so decided to join in. I have visited Skiathos 10 times and still counting. Like many others I love the place it gets in the blood Smile

I stay in the Agia paraskeva/Kolios area and never tire of going back,will be there again late June for a couple of weeks and really looking forward to it.We were there last year during the awful fires,but hopefuly nature will have worked wonders and started to return the island to its former glory.

hi Suejet,
First visited in 1996,two weeks in Troulos ! Loved it couldn't wait to get back. Next visit was 1998 stayed in agia paraskevi and have been going back there every year since! Although now we stay in Kolios which as I'm sure you know is just up the road. Can't fault it,all the tavernas are brill and we have made some great friends over the years,and the beach there is wonderful. Very Happy

We (my sister and I will be arriving June 20th and counting the days!)
Where do you stay,and what are your fav eating places?

Hi Pisa-8

Yeah it's the best place on the planet.

No need for anywhere else for me. It's perfection.

We stop in town and I love all the tavernas but would choose Alexandros, Anatolis, En Plo, Dionysis, Plakes, Hellenikon and Folia and the list could be almost endless......

9 weeks Friday and counting. Very Happy
