Hi all,
Back home again after our third visit to Skiathos, it just gets better every time we go. Had great time at Demetris Apartments Kolios they were excellent - good food, but quite expensive this time, tried Infinity Blue as it was only just down the track from our apartments, very good but pricey, pay for the view I expect. Cheapest meal at Green Park, huge portions, didn't need the starter, good job we were walking back up the bank!
Met up with the boomerangers on 2nd June, put some faces to names, had good night, thanks for arranging Guy. Hello Niccy if you are reading this, are you back home now, last seen on Banana beach on our last day.
Hope Kath and George are still enjoying themselves, nearly another 2 weeks to go, luck beggars! Have a good time Shepre, if you haven't already gone. Can't wait till next year, Linda and Geoff |

Hi all
Been back a week - seems like months. Skiathos was as beautiful as ever. Enjoyed the meet up at Troulos, it was lovely meeting everyone. Thank you Guy. (I've been looking up recipes for Exohiko. It was wonderful at Varelli). Hi Linda/Geoff - great seeing you on Banana. If anyone goes up to the dog's home would they mind asking about Jasmine. She was very beautiful and frightened and I wanted to rehome her but can't at the moment. It would be nice to know how she's getting on. Hopefully we'll be going back in September. |

| What is Exohiko exactly? I've noticed a few people mention it but I've never seen it on a menu. |

| Foxy - I've never had it before. It was recommended by Guy. I think there's probably a few variations but the Exohiko at Varellis was wonderfully tender lamb, carrots etc (bit like Kleftiko) wrapped in Filo pastry. Must have been good because I used to be and could easily return to being a veggy! |

Thanks for the kind comments about the Boomerangers evening.
Once I'd stopped panicking that no-one was going to turn up I really enjoyed the night. Wonderful to meet the people behind the names.
Glad you liked the Exohico, Neecy. It's one of my favourites at Varelli and, as you said, the lamb is really tender.
