You weren't wrong about the wellies fast-eddie, though I noticed you weren't wearing yours on the boomerang night Laughing

We found the Taverna Sklithri alright (we cheated.... we had a car, but your directions were correct, you can either get off at bus stop 12 and walk back to town, or get off at 11, and walk towards Koukanaries, which is possibly a shorter walk. Either way, well worth the effort Smile

)
We went at lunch time. They didn't have any Gavros.... something to do with the phases of the moon and the wrong time to go fishing ( Confused

), but we had a Greek salad, some fried aubergine and chicken souvlaki.... I'm drooling now thinking about it.
We called in again on our last day (Wed. 24th) at lunch time again... they had closed for the season Crying or Very sad

.All the seats were up on the tables, and the place was deserted apart from the three moggies we met the last time!
