History
Katrina was orphaned in the Frontier as a pre-teen when an Aslonian colonial scout ship she was aboard crashed on an uninhabited atmospheric moon in the Fromeltar system. A MalCo transport vessel was in radar contact during the crash and investigated the wreckage for possible salvage rights. She and three others were recovered, although she was the only one to survive the resulting injuries as the rest succumbed to their fatal wounds. She was returned to Volturnus and trained under MalCo Enterprises, where she learned her starship astrogation and gunnery skills.

Katrina currently serves aboard the Sentinel as the astrogator/gunner to Valicia. She is quite perky and friendly to most beings, finding the vrusk to be the most fascinating species in the Frontier. Beyond that she is attracted to human curiousity (curiousity killed the cat), respects the warlike yazirians, and enjoys the offbeat dralasite humor. To date she has only met one member of the Rim species, the Ifshnit Rastefir...whom she is tempted to bat around like a plush toy.
