A last minute goal from sam cooper saved truro from a defeat to st just today. The chances that truro had they wasted and st just took the lead with there 3rd shot midway throguh the second half.
team: vaughan,Reed,Harris,Chambers,Cain,Skinner,Richardson,Harrington,Rusty,Tolley,Matthews. Cooper came on for Reed _________________ Alex Driver |

Well, that's a point saved, then. We'll try to look on the bright side. Still at the top of the table, promotion still on schedule.
Well done, Coops. _________________ UP to the South! |

To say they were dire today doesn't come anywhere near how I actually feel, no wonder the Helston players at the game were in such fine voice league wide open again.

An off day is a very very big understaement. It was one of the worst games i've seen the reserves play.
But at least we got a point whens the next reserve team game?? _________________ Alex Driver |

SHOCKING!!
Considering the line-up I was expecting a bit of a goalfest - d'oh!
Can't repeat Sammo's summing up as he walked off the pitch! |

With too much pretty football being played outside the box Truro paid the penalty with woefull finishing in this game .Did anybody see a shot within 10yards of the keeper!!!
Keeper never had to make a decent save all afternoon .........and we gave them their goal with yet another mistake at the back from Danny Harris .
Should Sam Cooper be starting games ......I think so as Rusty has gone off the boil at the moment , more movement with him up front .
Ah well off to Holmans next week for another bruising encounter ....so up your game lads or forget about walking away with the league title _________________ JAMMY |

Maybe the addition of a few first teamers didn't help!!!
Also, did I hear that Mr Mewton wasn't at the game? _________________ YNWA JFT96 |

Think you ae being a bithash - sure it wasn't the prettiest of games. Certainly lots of credit to St Just who were really well organised and determined and kept Truro at bay - well done.
Hey and dropping a few points - its not the end of the world, even the best teams in the world have a few bad days. No need to get a hanging posse together! |

All this whingeing for a drawn game, is this something to look forward to when the first team hit a bad patch?
When City are involved at all levels they will experience the FA Cup treatment we all know what happens in that tournament.
The next game will be interesting. |

Who's whingeing? Several complimented the Reserves on playing to the end and rescuing a point, but if they did play badly, what's the harm in saying so?
Everybody knows that there's going to be results that don't go our way -- it would be a perverse kind of fan who simply refuses to acknowledge when the team isn't as sharp.
And nobody's treating this as a sign of the apocalypse -- it's JUST disappointing. _________________ UP to the South! |

Not winging but fact you had to be here to experience it I hope we don't soon but things can only get better, you don't mind drawing or loosing if the team gives everything sadly Saturday was just the opposite.
