Good news yesterday if you listened to the coverage from Radio Cornwall, Jake Ash took full part in the pre match warm up and even started kicking with his right foot.
Jake said he didn't want to rush back but he was hoping to return in the near future I know we all can't wait to see him in the City side again he is pure class good luck Jake.
