Truro City ended the season with a convinsing 5-2 win over Hallen at Treyew Road on Saturday, which has seen them not only being crowned Champions of the league but from next season will be the first Cornish side to play in the Southern League.
The star of match was former Plymouth Argyle midfielder Martin Watts who scored his first goals for the club with a fine hat trick, making his only start of the season after injury Dan Stevenson was unlucky to save a third minute penalty after a foul from Smith.
This though only spurred on City with Watts notching his treble two headers superbly dispatched on 13 and 21 minutes before his sublime free kick sent the team 3-1 up at half time.
Truro dominated after the interval with leading scorer Stewart Yetton, scoring two more making it eight goals in his last two matches leaving him on 55 for the season and 127 goals in the last two seasons.
Hallen did score a second goal when Reynolds rose superbly to head home a Richard Nelmes free-kick but the victory never looked in doubt.
Both skipper Joe Broad & Ian Gosling picked up trophy's marking 100 games for the club whilst Andy Watkins won Supporter Of The Year and Ian Rennie was named Supporter Of The Year.
