Cup Game:
with the new 433 formation in use, truro started well and all looked good for the game when liam williams scored after some good work from john Elvers allowed alec penrose to header against the post for williams to tap the rebound in.
however citys lead was short, as pendeen wen down the other end and scored straight away.
half time score was 1-1.
truro took the lead when pendeens centre back tried to play the ball past josh sims who intercepted the ball and went though and slotted the ball home.
however pendeen didnt take long to get back on level terms and scored a second to equal the score at 2-2.
with 5 mins to go sims had a good chance to win the game, but he however sliced the ball wide. this turned out costly as in added time pendeen struck to made it 3-2.
with truro pushing forward in the last mintue pendeen added a fourth.
