Yes!!! Job done proper, Reserves! Big, mad props to y'all! (I think I'm using that right . . .).

What a season -- like a steamroller! Close matches, come-from-behind matches, big wins. Joy!

UP and UP

Here's to life in the SWPL (Div 1. It'll be West, right?)!

Definately an end of season 'school's out' kinda match. I thought Ludgvan were very game, apart from scratching together a side they also featured a goalie who had his foot taken out of plaster on the day of the match and a player featuring in his 41st season apparently. I'd love to know who he was, unbelievable commitment to the game on his part, much respect. The sight of Father Ken Rogers inhabiting the away dug-out was also amusing.

As for Luddsy's goal, unfortunately Allforone was rather unsighted at the time I believe (the t-bar had just opened Smile ) - he must've been 10yds inside the City half of the pitch when he punted the ball forward, sadly for the keeper he was done by the bounce. Good on the 'keeper for lasting the 90mins - he looked in agony at times with his foot, mind you Chappy has played the last few matches with a busted finger so I'm sure he was sympathetic to the lad's cause.

Nice to see Glyn come on and get serious - missed a couple of sitters and then got off the mark with a shot that seem to ricochet of a few bodies on the way in Very Happy , top guy all the same. Wendron extremely hospitable all round, a club clearly going places.

As for Trevor & his team, I think they deserve out appreciation for doing an exemplarly job this season - it was decent of Chappy and the guys to come up to the supporters at the end too, all the best for next season guys.
