It has been a great honour and pleasure for me to be asked by Steve Matthews to run the Truro City Cougars this past season. Each player has been fantastic not only for me but also to the coaches that turn up on a Wednesday night and those that have attended matches. I am sure that each player has gained something out of what we have tried to do.
We had the best spirit that I have ever seen in a youth setup and despite setbacks along the way we always came back stronger. No more so then the game against the jaguars in the Kernow League cup Final.
I don't know what the future holds but I hope I have the pleasure of working with some if not all of you again at some point.
Runners up and winners of a cup in a season is no mean achievement and you should look back at your trophies as something you all worked for.
I wont go on now, but thanks again each and everyone of you.

I was chatting to Tubbsy on Saturday and I can confirm that he's NOT left or been asked to leave (well, not yet!)
The message was purely thanks to the boys for a great season - nothing more.
DON'T WORRY - TUBBSY SHOULD BE THERE FOR PRESEASON TRAINING!
